Terms and Conditions (T&C) – QUAGLIA Zurich AG
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by customers via phone, email or other communication channels with QUAGLIA Zurich AG.
2. Contract formation
An order becomes binding as soon as it is placed.
We may accept the order within 14 days. Acceptance happens when the item is shipped or handed over in the store.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs and include VAT.
Payment is made in advance or by credit card.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Switzerland by post, other shipping partners or by personal handover in the store.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days from the moment of shipping.
If an item is not available, we inform the customer immediately.
5. Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days at the customer’s own cost and risk.
Returned goods must be unworn, undamaged and include all original tags.
6. Exclusions
Altered or individually customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Warranty and claims
We guarantee that delivered goods are free of defects.
Customers must check the products as soon as reasonable and report any defects right away.
If no report is made within 8 days of delivery, the goods are considered accepted.
Our liability is limited to intent or gross negligence.
8. Data protection
Personal data is used only to process the order and is not shared with third parties.
Final provisions
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
